Introduction:
The descriptors assigned to any product or service which can help the customer track them easily are known as product tags. For any product or service added by the seller, new tags can be assigned, and previously assigned ones can be removed by the seller. When a customer searches for any specific product or service, the tags help in providing better results. They can help customers view the exactly searched or similar kind of products or services. The tags added by the seller will also be shown as suggestions to the customers in the search bar provided at the top of the homepage. So, it is important for the seller to add correctly aiming, meaningful and very commonly used keywords. To add tags to your products or services, follow the instructions below:
Instructions:
1. Login to your account to be redirected to your homepage/dashboard page.
2. Click"Product Tags” under the "SHOP” menu in the left pane of your dashboard. This page shows the list of products added by the seller in their shop.
3. You can search for a product or service by entering keywords in the search bar provided on the top of this page. All the products listed here are displayed in the front-end store. A Seller can also search a particular added Tag by using the Search feature available on the screen.
4. Besides each product or service, an input-text bar is provided in which the seller can add tags for that respective product.
5. You can also add a new tag by clicking on the "Add New Tag” button at the top right of the page.
6. For each product or service, add keywords and press Enter to add a tag. A tag once assigned to any one product or service will also be shown as an auto-complete suggestion for other products or services and can be repeated.
7. To remove a tag, click on the ‘Cross’ provided besides every tag.
